The Nedland Hotel evokes so many memories to anybody who has lived or played in the Western suburbs of Perth. Although it is a lovely building, it is difficult to paint, as it seems to have become so closed in on itself. Perhaps this is due to the long running disputes with neighbours who suffer from the sounds of bands at playing at the hotel. Its a great pity that a building that is located in such a perfect spot should lose touch with its surroundings.
